Contractors are independent

Contractors who contact you are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you choose. We do not guarantee the price, quality, timing or outcome of any work, or that a contractor will be available.

Verify before you hire

Before signing a contract or paying a deposit, verify the contractor's state license on the Florida DBPR license search, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Communications

When you submit a quote request and check the consent box, you agree that Florida Remodeling Direct and up to 4 matched contractors listed on our Partners page may contact you as described in that consent. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about yourself and your project.
• Submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to represent.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorization, or submit spam.

Cost information

Price ranges on this website are general estimates for planning purposes. Only a written quote from a contractor reflects the actual cost of your project.

Limitation of liability

The website and the matching service are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Florida Remodeling Direct is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor or from your use of the website.
